Synopsis
Nadia, an idealistic young lawyer, is about to marry the high-powered Charlie Harvester; meanwhile, Alice, Charlie's intense and disillusioned ex-wife, flees to the mountains of Tiotemala, Central America. There, through a series of strange encounters and mysterious intrigues, she finds that her own internal struggle is but a small battle within a fight for the survival of an entire people. As Alice confronts her fears and desires, Nadia must also come to terms with doubts about her impending marriage, as well as with the inseparable bonds that link Charlie, Alice and their daughter Angie. "Of Love and Terror" is a tantalizing, fast-moving drama about women as rivals, lovers, mothers and daughters, set against a rich emotional and political background that interweaves the very different worlds of London, Florida and Central America.
