You've had a long day, you ready to hit the sack and then you can't sleep, we've all been there. This book is very detailed, full of studies that have been done, what affects your mind, body, moods, EVERYTHING is covered.
At points, I would say that it was too much too take in and really it was a bit of information overload. I'm all for trying new ways to help a more calming and relaxing mind so will work on a few points. I think this has something for everyone and will help those struggling. Happy dreams :)
