Synopsis
This calendar features 12 striking and decorative works from Glasgow Museums collections by Scottish architect, designer and artist Charles Rennie Mackintosh (1868_1928), and his wife Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh (1864_1933). Charles Rennie Mackintosh was one of the leading figures of the Art Nouveau movement. Born in Glasgow, he designed iconic buildings such as The Hill House, as well as creating beautiful, mystical decorations and even watercolours later in life.
