Since they first kicked a ball in England's top flight in 1987, Millwall FC have witnessed two seasons playing against English football's elite, two relegations and a promotion. During these years, The Lions have also had four play-off semi finals, a trip to Wembley for the final of the Auto Windscreen Shield, an FA Cup Final appearance at the Millennium Stadium and a two-legged European adventure in the UEFA Cup (none of which were won). For a club where the non-playing events have often overshadowed the football, this is a timely reminder of how much has happened on the pitch in recent years. With the building of a new stadium and the near extinction of the club when it went into administration, the club has produced some thrilling highs and lows, roars and groans, for all it's supporters. Illustrated throughout with a potted history of the club since its inception in 1885, and a detailed review of every season since 1987, this is an essential edition to the collection of any Millwall supporter.
