Many aspects of company law compliance are being enforced for the first time in Ireland. Now, Irish company law provisions have become the remit of one statutory enforcer, the Director of Corporate Enforcement. This title covers the ordinary compliance of a private company and its officers under Irish law. The text looks at the regulatory framework for companies in Ireland and explores the necessary actions required to ensure compliance. It outlines the nature of and restrictions surrounding the normal documentary compliance routine of the private limited company in Ireland in the context of the requirements of company law and the Companies Registration Office.
