An amusing, well illustrated story about four friends on a 'big' adventure, this book will appeal to all young children. Moose, Fox, Chicken and Bear stare out of the window one morning and wonder what to do - something we can all relate to! They decide to go on a big adventure, and readers can follow the story as they pack what they need and discuss where to go. The book has lovely illustrations which really show how the friends are feeling, and there is a little bit of comedy in the dialogue. With references to the North Pole and other exciting places, parents will all be hoping the story ends up somewhere more mundane. It does! The four friends journey to Auntie's house and agree that sometimes, the small adventures are the best.
